There is an upper limit to the Modification factor! It should not exceed 2!

You may also try this Modification factor factor from BS 8110 code = 0.55 +

Hidden beam (also concealed beam) is a concept discovered by Architects-that is why BIS is silent on this. However a similar concept of Floating columns is prohibited in EQ zones ...
