In your case,

CG of the whole section wrt top fibre

Xc = (60*10*5 + 90*8*55)/(60*10+90*Cool = 32.27 mm

Therefore Ix of whole section = 1/12*60*10^3 + 60*10*27.27^2 + 1/12*8 ...
