I had also seen the model , I think we shall model it as per the Is 456/2000 by providing column head nodes in your model, including properties of column strips and middle strip. This combination will give good results.

See my STAAD model.
It has incorporated everything you have suggested.
Somebody can see Three-D rendering to have idea (if don’t have sufficient time to see the properties and all)
