yes they follow american codes aisc mbma
aisc code is very ambigous about slenderness ratio of tension member.
I have not found any clause on minimum thickness of memeber in aisc. (pl correct me if i have missed the clause)
Also they are very liberal on webdepth/web thickness ratio.
BY REFERING THESE CODES PREFAB GAYS GIVE ECONOMICAL DESIGN.
