I have gone through the literature of novocon steel fibers & we have used it for slab supported on ground as the replacement of regular steel bar. We have referred ASTM & IRC standard for the parameters of fibers. Is TATA or other Indian manufacturer produce steel fibers with the same ASTM or IRC standards? We found the behavior satisfactory because of ease of operation & good performance in crack control. There are literatures available regarding its use in beam column junction for better ductility & avoiding congestion of steel. I would like to know, if someone has used steel fibers in beam column junction in actual project in india not just in lab.
Thanks & Regards, Anand Shah

How does this embossing affect "Bond Strength". As embossing interferes with rib pattern, bond strength may alter. Has manufacturer studied this aspect?
