A video on form work to Tall Buildings presented by Juergen Gnida, Head Key Projects, PERI Gmbh, Germany at the 2010 Mumbai Conference may be found in the above link. This presentation throws light on the ACS & RCS developed by Peri - the core systems used in a High-rise project. While the ACS self-climbing system is the optimal formwork scaffolding for external and internal for highrise, the RCS is particularly used for external sides of highrises. The climbing protection panel for skeleton structures is one of most distinctive feature of the system.
Run Time: 19:50
We generally use scaffolding arrangement with coupler pipes as grid of spacing 1.00m to 1.500m C/c. The scaffolding arrangements are anchored to the vertical columns with Pipe bracing rigidly at equal intervals.
We always ensure that the shuttering plates are always well secured with scaffolding.
Will you please attach some sketches showing critical connections in shuttering of beams and slabs which would resist gust wind ?
Thank you very much Dr. N. Subramanian Sir and warm regards. _________________ P.K.Mallick email@example.com
