The machine foundation designs will be available from the books listed below, however the most important final aspect is the the vibration dampners so as to isolate the foundation from the next rcc member.

You could refer to M\s The supreme Industries Limited, Mumbai - 98925 69002

After arresting seven persons including some Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and BMC officials two months back, the ACB has now stumbled upon a bogus architect.

Jatin Shah, the ‘architect’ was arrested on Wednesday by the ACB officials.
Operating as a bogus architect for the last more than five years, Shah had gone to the extent of submitting over 25 proposals, to develop properties under the SRA scheme, to SRA authorities over the years. The proposals bore his stamps as architect.

In fact Shah was also involved in the Sai Siddhivinayak Cooperative Housing Society in Sukurwadi, Borivali that was developed under a SRA scheme.

The ACB is investigating fraud in this society since September. All the seven arrests were made in connection with the fraud in this society.

The main architect in the society Subhash Chawda, who was arrested on September 14, had authorised Shah to submit proposal for this particular society to the SRA. However, the ACB officials are investigating if Chawda knew Shah’s credentials. Chawda is presently out on bail after spending two months behind bars.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, ACB, Mumbai, Vilas Tupe told HT that after learning about Shah’s reality, they raided his office and house at Andheri on Wednesday morning.

Tupe said that in reality, Shah only had surveyor’s licence and was a diploma holder in civil engineering. As per the Architects Act, 1972, Shah was not authorized to practice as an architect.

Tupe said that during the search in his office and house, the ACB team recovered bogus stamps of architect alongwith Rs 38 lakh worth investments in Public Provident Fund (PPF) and fixed deposits.
