You can design as verendeel Girder with COmposite action of Brick and concrete for low bearing capacity soil. Please check the book on" FUNDAMENTAL OF REINFORCED AND PRESTREESED CONCRETE BY ENG.M.HILAL" where it is suggested and used Verendeel girder for a low B.C soil.
