Using the guidelines given in IS 800, if the beam deflection is less than 13mm, we can manage the frequency around 5 Hz.

But in case of large span beams and trusses, it is difficult to limit to above deflection. In this case how to satisfy codal provisions.

Deflection and vibration frequency are two different criteria of serviceability check.

In your post you have mixed them.
Treat deflection and vibration separately.

Deflection Check - as per cl.5.6.1, IS 800:2007
Vibration Check - as per cl.5.6.2 & Annex C, IS 800:2007

Natural Floor Frequency should be Calculated  with simplified formula given in IS 800:2017 Annex C as below:

     fn (Hz) =18/ ( Dmm)^0.5

       fn (Hz)= Natural Floor Frequency In Hz

       Dmm= Deflection In mm

For large span you  have to increase M. I. to reduce deflection.
Above formula can be used for any support condition.
