Temperature load can be two type
one is due to seasonal variable case like summer and winter.
second is due to operation in plant or hot cell.
Temperature load must be consider in limit state of strength and serviceability. ( refer AERB/SS/CSE-1).
Load combination is also given with temperature loads. the factor used for load cases is 0.75 as per AERB.
Some sefians are saying that in Limit state of strength, consideration of TL is not required. But i consider the TL in strength load cases also as per AERB code.
And effect of shrinkage also should be taken care with Dead load by applying shinkage strain for RC elements.
