DearAll, Refer to my blog on “Stress and strength analysis of RCC members ". # The floor beams offramed construction are subjected to predominantly bending moment and axialcompression or tension. It is not uncommon to find the people designing suchbeams with equal reinforcements in compression and tension zone, using SP-16charts.This procedure will make the design uneconomical.
