Need some guidance
My Profile
Completed Mtech in Structural engineering (private college)
Job:Mostly doing analysis (linear/non linear) of building.

Due to less salary and less known opportunity.
what should i pursue futher
1.Again prepare for gate,to get into psu
2.search for mnc
3.opt for phd

Kindly help
I want to remain in structural domain ; is there any opportunity which i can opt for job similar benefit  to psu in structural domain.
