This is the existing building in which additional load load has been introduced in the 2 story floor due to which some beam has failed in shear and torsion even if do micro concreting if will increase size by 100mm in total,even after some beam are failing in shear and torsion,(they all passed in flexure),In  story 3 which has all the column of steel are failing Any Suggestion ??
