We can model the shear wall as column having same size as we are providing...

Dear Er Kalamkar

NO. It is because the purpose and the behaviour of shear wall and column are completely different

Could you please throw some light on how to design boundary elements of a RC Shear Wall as per IS 13920: 2016 clause 10.3.1?

I think you asked the question a few days ago also. As I have not looked into that code I did not reply. I think the new code says that the expressions given in Annex A are not applicable for shear walls with boundary elements. May be ACI 318 has solution! I need to Check

Respected V Pandya sir,                                      with due respect i would like to thank you cordially. i have sent Staad file of shear wall as per your instruction. Sir some years ago you  taught me in SEFI fixed base and hinge base structure for steel structures and you said that soil structure interaction is the actual solution.
