Dear Er Rajesh,
The default option is Ductile which designs the members (columns, beams, walls, etc) as as per relevant code for Ductile Detailing (IS 13920 in Indian code). Ordinary designs the members without Ductile Detailing. Non-sway option instructs the software to neglect the check for sway frame.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir,
After analysis, select the members and in Concrete Design menu, go to View/Revise Overwrites. Here, the second option (if I remember correctly) is Element Type. You can set this as Ductile, Ordinary and NonSway. You should set Ductile (default) when detailing as per IS13920. You can use Ordinary if you are not doing Ductile Design. Nonsway option can be adopted if your frame is Nonsway and you are not doing Ductile design.

Hope that helps
Arunkumar
