Dear pandya sir,

How to rectify one or two lines are too long and will be split into two lines warning and i got some surfaces are failed in the results due to design at this height is as out of plain shear

Dear ER.  konathala kiran,
If  you have designed  this Shear Wall per ACI 318-14 or IS 456 Code , that's all you can do .  Cracks in Shear Wall  , may not be only due to Design Problems , could be due to quality of construction also .  In USA we go to a Forensic  Engineering Consultant  to find out real cause of this failure . This Forensic Engineering is a specialty and can not be handled in SEFI type of Forum .  No quick answers .

Give full Photo of this Shear wall with Cracks and other related GFC  Structural Drawings , DBR ( Design Basis Report or Structural Design Criteria ) and after that may be I can say more .
