Is there any equation for finding Mu/fck bD2, for column design (Uniaxial moment capacity of short column) , without using SP 16 CHARTs (eg, 44, 50 etc), by inputting Pu, Pt, d'/d, fck, and fy?

It is basically the calculation of capacity from stress-strain relationships.
You can find the details in books like Perk and Paulay.
The numerical based on IS code can be find in rcc book of punmia also.
