Dear Engr
Shift or provide this column and extend the beam as cantilever upto the width of waist slab so that you rest the flight on this beam (refer attach image ), provided if it is possible as per the requirement and working architectural plan. I doubt about the next flight from FF slab?

Dear Er.Sathyace,
Please note that the staircase is an inclined slab which will produce horizontal force as in arches. If you miss or unnoticed to provide a support beam it can be done by laying a floor slab to about 3' length of stair width with bare min steel reinforcement connecting the staircase reinforcement.
This way you can provide details.

If this is not clear I can send a sketch.

Dr.Sathyace,

Please find the sketch showing the details for the staircase support at GROUND floor level. The 4' width can be reduced to 3'-0".
Need to know whether you use this detail and if used if there is any problem let me know. I used this type of support in many occasion but face no problem.
