I will be a senior next year and I am currently looking at graduate school for structural engineering. My goal is to be involved in large scale structural design projects one day and I was wondering what I should look for when trying to differentiate between programs besides where they are ranked. Thanks for the feedback

Dear Er Bormikstel

I am not sure where you are looking for your graduate school. Any way no course will teach you how to handle large scale structural design. Moreover,  the curriculum in most schools will be similar,  except some schools where there is lot of experimental work going on.

I hope that others who are working as teachers will also comment on this.

Wish you all the best

NS
