KIndly advice on design of Steel Structure of size

Widht -6m * Length -36 M * Height - 30m

1st level - 5m
2nd level -4m
3rd Level - 4m
4th Level - 4m
5th Level - 4m
6th Level - 4m
7th Level - 4m
8th Level - 5m

Kindly advice on 6m width and height 30 M
