1     Check out concrete pouring levels to requirement.
2     Check form supporting arrangements be intact.
3     Make sure that a temporary platform is available for casting.
4     Suggested pour in full height, if feasible, keeping 8 or 9 m height of members.
5     Two stages of pour can also, be allowed, depending on column height limits.
6     Since generally, such members are in category of thick members or even massive members, relevant specified description concrete should be ordered.
7     Temperature of concrete should remain, between a defined range 24 to 30 degrees C.
8     Concrete shall be placed in layers & in rotations, without allowing cold joints formations.
9     During concreting, plumb values shall be monitored continuously.
10     Application of vibration must be conducted rightly, so that no voids are formed in Column concrete.
11     All arrangements must be ready for effecting immediate & post pouring curing.
12     Curing could be applied from external forms by spraying water, until forms are in place, probably 3 days.

1     It is an elevated pour, depending on height of equipment to be mounted, though it is named as foundation.
2     All supporting systems must be perfectly checked for heavy element concrete.
3     CJ on previous concrete pour of columns must be properly scabbled/hacked.
4     Flash setting of concrete must be avoided by spraying water, prior to pouring.
5     It is a massive block of concrete, being quiet wide, deep & thick.
6     It contains many blockouts & other openings.
7     It is not easy to be accessible comfortably to all parts of area within concrete pour.
8     Reinforcing bars are also, provided in many layers that require higher degree of pouring supervision, so that concrete is vibrated correctly/adequately.
9     Adequate access to all areas of pour requires to be ensured.
10     It is suggested to pour whole concrete in one attempt.
11     It is commented that one design showed table top to be poured in two attempts, with deep construction joint in middle, which was objected by me & later, whole unit of concrete was poured in one attempt.
12     It was too tedious to formulate CJ in middle, due to continuous reinforcing bars provided in many layers.
13     Make sure regarding all arrangements, required for ascending & descending to & from workers standing platforms, active movement & working safely all activities.
14     Make sure that all areas are well guarded.
15     Make sure that all ladders are tagged as safe.
16     Make sure that curing arrangements are made in advance.
17     All arrangements must be ready for immediate & post pour curing.
18     Curing could be applied from external forms by spraying water, until forms are in place.
19     Make sure that site engineer or foreman understands concrete pour plan clearly, without any ambiguity. Site engineer must involve personally to supervise & superintend such complicated structural pours
20     Check stationary locations of concrete pumps & delivery locations of transit mixers.
21     Temperature of concrete should be maintained/controlled between 5 to 24 degrees C.
22     During concreting, plumb values shall be continuously monitored.
23     Concrete has to be poured in steps, not exceeding 400 mm thick, while concreting to be done from both ends for easy convenience.
24     It is a fast pour, requiring adequate strength of personnel as well as, workers, who must be available.
25     Necessary arrangements for immediate curing including thermal curing must be made, & applied immediately, once pour is completed
26     Vertical forms shall be in place till thermal curing continues to be applied
27     Bottom forms below beams shall continue until specification requirements
28     But curing shall be applied externally if necessary, depending ambient temperature

1     Pool size being 25 x 13 M say & meant for local competition.
2     Shallow end depth 1M. Deep end depth 2.5 M.
3     RCC base slab through shelf, below flooring.
4     RCC walls around pool shelf.
5     RCC Balance tank integrated with pool shelf
6     Construction Joints, at base slab & wall intersection & between two walls.
7     Open surface drains to collect surge water, while diving & swimming.
8     Submerged pool lights to be fixed underwater on nitches in RCC walls.
9     Internal tiling on shelf surface, both on vertical & horizontal surfaces.
10     Pool carpet around pool shelf.
11     Changing room.
12     Service room one support building  
13     Pergola somewhere near pool shelf.

Structural Items pours are defined herein.
Base Slab
1     Check coordination services drawings, duly approved or have approve it to ensure embeds for first fix.
2     Check again all coordination for all such minor structures requirements, which coordinated services must meet intended meeting purpose successfully, without resulting in clashes.
3     Make sure that slope portion, between shallow & deep end is effected rightly, causing no difficulty, while pouring.
4     Make sure that waterbars are available & fixed properly, duly fusion heat welded for CJ for both vertical & horizontal locations in an integrated form, so that complete fabricated unit can be laid & fixed.
5     Make sure that these joints are correctly, welded fixed at site locations to produce watertight CJ extending to horizontal & vertical profiles.
6     Or check welded piece of PVC, CJ ring is available & fixed correctly, being kept half in raft & half in walls portion
7     Check about all raft reinforcing bars to be true to design requirements & well placed.
8     Check that CJ are correctly rendered rough, during concrete pour.
9     Check about all side forms are erected rightly, with good supports.
10     Check for electrical first fix conduits are inserted to shop drawings requirements, within raft work.
11     Plan for raft pouring of pool shelf & balance tank in one go/onetime.
12     Pour lower end concrete first starting from corners & move towards sloping slab.
13     After doing this part, rise to higher slab pour.
14     Make sure that CJ is correctly formed, after concrete for CJ kicker portion is complete.
15     CJ requires roughened surface of concrete at new concrete surface
16     Extra concrete or laitance from waterbar should be cleaned out immediately, after concreting.
17     Make sure that finishing is given, such that tiles are laid properly later.
18     Proceed for curing of base slab, using saturated hessian cloth, covered over by polythene membrane, both which must be kept watered all times in compliance with specified curing temperature requirement

Walls
1     Check again that walls are carried out in alternate bays of CJ.
2     Check relevant wall again, making sure all services first fixes are inserted.
3     Ensure again that bolts & supports would not slacken during pour.
4     Check again from safety angle viewpoint that working platforms are ready & erected.
5     Ensure that pour can be done rightly.
6     Check that relevant wall preparatory works are completed.
7     Plan four pour relevant wall, after inspection is clear.
8     Probably, reducer shall be required for this pour at pump boom end / chute.
9     Follow concrete procedures, so that it is poured in layers.
10     Check concrete is well vibrated & no voids are formed.
11     Make sure that voids are avoided by tamping hammers on sides of shutters.
12     Check that curing procedures are complied with.

Balance Tank
1     Follow all procedures for base slab, walls & roof of balance tank, which should be carried out according to drawings with all inserts placed in.
2     Roof slab shall be cast in one attempt
3     Walls shall be poured per CJ requirements
4     All repetitive operationsí quality checks are required, as defined on other check lists.
5     Comply with all Quality requirements
6     Finally water test shall be conducted per BS 8007 or relevant Eurocode
7     Water tightness tests shall be repeated until, satisfactory water tightness test is conducted
8     Once water tightness tests is conducted successfully, only after that activities of external & internal below ground concrete protection membrane shall be applied

300 M long, 25 M wide Range.
1     This mega unit structure, it comprises of many components, to be constructed of RCC structures.
2     All these are normal structures to an extent cast in situ concrete is concerned.
3     These structures are required to be built by permanent inclusions of generic foundations, below ground stub columns, ground beams, framing above ground columns, beams & suspended slabs.
4     RCC walls are also, included on open areas in scope of shooting range through 300 m long range, excluding Target Pit & Bullet Trap Chambers.
5     RCC Target houses of conventional constructions are also, required to be constructed.
6     Below ground subways ways are also, required to be constructed at every 100 m range locations.
7     RCC baffle walls on both sides 300m long are required to be constructed given architectural finish. On these baffle walls, gantries shall be sited on wall corbels.
8     These gantries shall be born on one end on PTFE bearings & on other sliding effect. Armoured plates are required to be provided on these gantries over structural steel trusses & WBP board ultimately.
9     Purpose of baffle walls is to protect bullets not go out of shooting range. Purpose of bullet trap chamber covered with earth fill & sand fill is to dampen bullet impacts.
10     Bullet trap structure comprises of on 3 sides RCC full height walls above baffle top level & a upwards slab suspended on those walls
11     All these generic components shall be constructed complying with agreed methods & also, as certain statements control of quality checks, included in past procedures descriptions
12     These members could be listed as blinding concrete, concrete protection membrane, protection of membrane both vertically & horizontally, footings, stub columns, ground beams, backfill & compaction, grade slabs, above ground columns, slab & beams, architectural walls, normal walls, subways box structures means bases, walls & covers, building finishes, roofing etc.
13     All procedures for quality checks shall apply on all such items in routine
14     Components of involved areas are indicated below

Components
Main building RCC Framed structure
1     General RCC Construction procedures, such as foundations, framing (beams & columns with suspended diaphragm slabs)
2     Previous quality procedures to follow with, for all such elements.

Indoor Pistol Range RCC Framed structure
1     General RCC Construction procedures, such as foundations, framing (beams & columns with suspended diaphragm slabs)
2     Previous quality procedures to follow with, for all such elements.

Outdoor Shooting Range Target Houses RCC Framed structure & RCC walls

Baffle walls RCC ordinary thick walls 6 to 4 m high.
1     All procedures for RCC walls & architectural finishes to follow with.
2     Gantries supported on PTFE bearing mounted on Corbels.
3     Structural Steel armoured plate with waterproof board covering.

Light poles are required at sides of streets, roadways, as well as in sports stadiums
Work requires to be done at proposed locations, after pre-casting finishes at factory yard
Therefore, this item has to be produced in following major activity instances
1     At pre-casting yard for purpose of its required RC work

Activities involved are
a     Fabrication of reinforcing bars in yard,
b     Fabrication of formworks & necessary supports,
c     Placing PVC electrical long bend duct inserts,
d     Fixing to form sides Loading & offloading steel inserts,
e     Fixing anchor bolts plate,
f     Fixing concrete spacers/covers & pouring to required levels, curing, per procedures
g     Striking forms, clearing & transportation, after curing completes

At site location
1     Setting out coordinates,
2     Excavation of foundation pit,
3     Preparation & laying blinding concrete
4     Application of water proofing or concrete soil protection & its protection, if required

Transportation
1     Transportation to be conducted employing required suitable IHP trailer
2     Transportation to site location, offloading & placing at site prepared location at formation

1     Application of vertical soil protection or waterproofing & required protection, if required

Water Transmission Scheme
This submission involves lengthy statement & therefore, shall be presented in stages
Water Reservoir-Schematic Execution Method Statement [Sample]
Quality Check Involvement
Scope/Purpose
1     Purpose of this document is to define construction procedures which may be adopted for prosecution of typical water reservoirs project.
2     Four number typical water reservoirs are proposed to be built at one location.  
3     This statement is meant only for sharing general description of indicative procedures for various operations involved.
4     Other detailed working typical statements shall be produced, during real execution of works for each activity, as standard procedures applicable to project. Project duration may be 20 months or variable.
5     Sketch referred to making basis for this work is only for indicative purpose, without mandating any authenticity.
6     Quantities mentioned are also, indicative just to explain method.
7     Period for tanks construction considered 14 months (60 weeks).
8     Two tanks planned to be constructed simultaneously.
9     Safety requirements & quality procedures requirements to be defined separately on individual activity operation basis

Reference Documents
1     Drawings per project drawings schedule or list
2     Reference Attached from Vendorís Formwork (to be included with actual statement)
3     General Arrangement Walls & Columns Top 50 systems [vendorís reference] -use vendorís given reference
4     Formwork D 2 Tables [vendorís reference] -use vendorís given reference
5     Specification For Concrete-Reference to be indicated, whatever source being used     
6     Specification For Concrete Reservoirs-Reference to be indicated from whatever source being used     
7     Attachment drawing is just for indicative information. It should be a part of contract drawings documents

Design
1     Prior to construction of reservoir, all proposed forms systems shall be designed to meet final requirements & calculations with shop/working drawings shall be submitted for approval.
2     Construction execution of reservoir RCC structures shall be carried out, based on AFC [approved for construction drawings].
3     All working construction method statements shall be charted out for approvals & compliance

Existing services
1     Records shall be checked for possibilities of certain underlying running services, as a matter of routine, as such, activity may be a part of regulations.
2     Existing services, if so located shall be informed to relevant authorities as well as, company for necessary actions.
3     Trial pits shall also, be excavated to scan, whether or not, certain service exists
4     In case, certain live services do exist, all actions shall be taken to, either protect such service or divert permanently, per authorityís direction or as case may be, authority would do self, if Construction or EPC contract does not include such provisions

Supervision & Control
1     Construction manager/leader, Site engineer, construction foreman & charge hands shall control all activities on site, according to relevant job descriptions, indicatively included on project plan.

Survey Controls
1     According to AFC drawings, surveying team shall locate setting out lines, coordinates as well as, surrounding circulation area for construction purpose.
2     Since, dimension of built up main reservoir are given around 130 M x 100 M, adequate arrangement shall be made to carry out mass excavation works.
3     All Topographical levels shall be recorded for reference to be used in future.     
4     Site shall be graded to reach required ground level. All survey documents shall be prepared for purpose of verification.
5     Around area, guide barricades shall be erected for purpose of locating grids & reference site levels.
6     Benchmarks shall be established on all corners for purpose of flying and reestablishing all working locations.
7     Establishment of base corners points as well as, base level benchmark shall be conducted by licensed land surveyor, whose documents submitted to engineer for approvals & records references.
8     Or third party may be involved for establishing site references from GPS for both horizontal & vertical controls

Water Transmission Scheme
Safety Health & Environment
1     All safety measures shall be resorted to, per safety plans, according to excavation requirements.
2     Warning tapes/Safety cones shall be provided around defined working areas.
3     All safety & direction flow signboards, meant for excavation safety shall be provided & shall remain in position till excavation continues & all dangers or hazards from such trenching have been eliminated.
4     Warning night lights reflectors shall be provided around for public safety.
5     Aluminum Ladders shall be provided duly clamped for access into working area, located not more than 8 m spacing on all trench sides.
6     Working & Pouring stable platforms for people/personnel to work safely shall be constructed/installed.
7     For convenient access of heavy equipment into formation areas, ramps shall be provided from existing or grade formed level from two opposite ends.
8     If so required, per site conditions as well as, from soil report, dewatering arrangements shall be carried out continuously, until construction reaches roof slab level or retaining walls & baffle walls have been constructed.
9     Toolbox talks shall be imparted daily for all important operations involved.
10     A safety officer shall inspect works every day, during all concreting activities, form erection activities & all traffic movement activities etc.
