I am diploma civil engineer with 5 years of experience.Am I elligible to get a structural designer licence.If it is then from which authority I can get a licence to work all over India.

I think your interest in design will cross all barriers . Please keep doing design work in Consultancy firm , but also do Btech in civil engg from recognized University . You can also pass AMIE exams from IEI.

Not being a liscenced er , may not able to guide but some one on forum can give you the feedback regarding  pre requisites for liscencing.

Before graduation is it not possible to take license of structural engineer. 3 year experience required after bachelor degree. Only one criteria. Munciple corporation provide these license.
