Dear Engineer
It is all fault of Engineers
Engineers means all involved from FEED to Completion
Engineers have not understood Engineering in its principles
Designs included not only structural details, but also, specifications & documents precedence
Civil / Structural engineers have spoiled whole engineering domains
Factor of safety cannot be taken as a shield to skip required quality
Codes need not be referred for quality mandate
Concrete, reinforcement & soil are main elements to be strictly taken care of, but only, if engineer is inclined so to do
These days, engineers have become slackened, as if they are not in primary engineering field
Only Civil Engineers can change whole construction scenario
No other can do it
No doctorate or masters can improve quality scenario
Quality & Coordination are required domains for better jobs
Due to no input from institutions & working professionals, whole quality has departed from ours
Quality does not matter in our beautiful Bharat India, for engineers are not interested
Sacrifice is required to achieve quality
But, who shall struggle
All have become office oriented

Quality + Coordination in Engineering
1     No one cannot improve quality, if no Will exits
2     Will is too significant to achieve engineering standards
3     No codes can achieve works quality
4     No education exits in quality & coordination
5     Coordination is not known to engineers & all others
6     Quality exists nowhere & nation can be called quality less state
7     I have searched many times on internet, but quality & coordination materials availability are equal to zero
8     No reliability can be permitted to software, but to open approach
9     Quality is worked upon in many countries, such as in GCC & ME etc.
10     Misconception exists that quality costs more than no quality
11     Professors are distant from coordination world
12     Designers are distant as well
13     Site engineers cannot understand, without availability of information
14     Reading & writing as well as referring culture has gone into ocean bottom in basaltic rocks
15     Without realising value of quality work & not just quality system, no quality can be achieved
16     All ISO 901-2015 & Sigma etc. are having no value, if quality is not achieved
17     Quality must be respected as requirement & not just an assurance
18     Quality in totality of all phases of projects must be a must
19     Coordination continues with quality as a part of quality, but coordination is not experienced
20     Designers are required to do job, per engineering & not, per clients wishes
21     Determination is a must or else, we can be called sleeping lot
22     No one can teach quality to others, but by working & experiencing only, one can master it
23     This nation has been turned into Engineering Quality Dummy by Engineers
24     No professor or institution or degree can teach quality, but quality work only
25     No title can be given to quality knowledge, because no such title exists
26     Concrete is too significant material that move on & on its sphere all times & engineers are required to understand changing concrete technology
27     Some much works in concrete that it acts as if it is specialisation with no ends
