Bharat Engineers day 15.09.2018
1 On this National Event, best wishes are passed to all & in particular to Engineers
2 Engineers have been entrusted with national & international responsibility to build world
3 Engineers have a responsibility to change society for a better functioning & stay in world
4 Engineers have a responsibility to make best use of natural resources, so that it is worth use
5 Engineers have a responsibility to assist all people, in need related to development, without involving any caste, creed, & religion issue
6 Engineers have a duty & fulfill required criteria that they should keep updated with all relevant Technical & Engineering advancement in whatever field engaged
7 Engineers have a duty to work for Bharat & for whole world in a view to ensure that development continues & human kind stays in healthy environment
8 Engineers in alliance with other disciplines can only lead nation technically & by engineering installation all along, so that nation & world move smoothly
9 Engineers should not keep silent, when wrong doings are being delivered by society or by those in power
10 It is hard & intelligent work of engineers that builds a society & this work should not be damaged by action or by in-actions done by those in power
11 Engineers have a responsibility to adhere to required designs, quality criteria, safety & health & environment compliance
12 Engineers have a responsibility to treat their juniors up to lowest work person, ensuring that no injustice is conducted or done to anyone
13 Engineers have to ensure that contracts are complied with demanded conditions & adequately equipped legally to help deliver projects & activities
14 Engineers have to ensure that disputes are minimised, using work power resolutions & framing contracts in a comprehensive manners, so that arbitration is brought to a minimum level
15 Engineers have to ensure that no party is allowed undue benefit on works, but justice is done
16 Engineers have to avoid contracts from ambiguities, which later invite advocates & judges just to poke their noses, which persons cannot understand contracts
17 Engineers can make society, change society & change nation
18 One should have a confidence in self to work as Engineer & must involve Engineering sustainability in all fields
19 If engineers work with complete diligence & deliver requirements, power leaders shall automatically be tied by indirect controls
20 But, it is unfortunate that Engineers do not do as aforesaid!!!
21 Better do it for sake of Bharat & for sake of humanity
22 Illegally earned money shall not go with anyone
23 Your actions shall be accountable to your response only.
24 Bad intentional mistakes shall be caught & damage us.
25 Wish all best for future engineering
