WHILE ON SITE VISIT CHECKING FOR HOSPITAL BUILDING OF ATTACH DWG , BEAM NO.113 BEAM DEPTH GIVEN BY CONSULTANT IS 850 AND 4 LEGGED STIRRUPS OF 10MM @ 150C/C BUT ON SITE BEAM DEPTH FOUND TO BE 820 AND STIRRUPS PROVIDED ON SITE WERE ALTERNATE FOUR LEGGED STIRRUPS, AS AN PMC WE HAV TELL THEM TO CORRECT BEAM DEPTH AND TO CORRECT 4 LEGGED STIRRUP AT EVERY SPACING IT SHOULD BE 4 LEGGED , CLIENT SAID IS THIS BIG ISSUE CANT BE ADJUSTED ALTERNATE 4 LEEGED STIRRUPS I SAID NO THIS IS BIG ISSUE. SAME HAS BEEN DONE TO BEAM B62 WHICH IS CARRY FLOATING COLUMN FOR TWO FLOOR ABOVE.
PLEASE HIGHLIGHT WHAT CAN BE FAILURE TO STUCTURE IF THIS STIRRUP AND DEPTH OF BEAM IS NOT CORRECTED ON SITE, WHAT ARE THE DANGER TO STRUCTURE IF ABOVE POINT ARE NOT CORRECTED.

Beam Depth
It is short by about 5%
You can ask them to provide extra Longitudinal,, 2 bars,, one at top and one at bottom. This can be easily inserted at bottom but may nit able to tie , top bar can be easily inserted for full length and can be tied easily.
Stps :- shortfall between provided reinf on lesser depth be seen . Balance required shall be placed in form of L shaped stirrupS to be bent to C shape, these can be tied at top but at bottom L lower leg shall be approx = beam width front either side. Spacing based on shortfall in stos.

| BUT IF SAID BEAM IS TRANSFER BEAM CARRYING ANY COLUMN LOAD OR MAIN BEAM CARRYING HEAVY POINT LOAD,, SUCH SUGGESTIONS SHALL NOT WORK .

In this case :-
Please visit prime designer of Structure and share the actually provided at site.
He will suggest how much extra / Additional reinf in form of long bars as also insertion of rings , through proper sketches.
Consent of prime designer and modification sketches ,, to be given by him. Since forces snd moments are known to him.
