Hi Every one....

Has any of the Mumbai St. Engineers renewed their MCGM license through the Online service?
Is the previous years method still valid and is the fees changed?

Because I have not been able to do so.... On filling all the details as per previous years steps, and submitting the details, I do not get any email.
On checking the status of the application, it mentions contacting the E.E of the B.P department!

Some information on this regards will be helpful.

Update ... 01/04/25

Got it finally today....
For all other who need to renew their license....

Visit
https://portal.mcgm.gov.in/irj/portal/anonymous/qlBuildProp12?guest_user=english

1) Enter registered phone number...and get otp....enter otp

2) Click the 2nd option..."Building proposal renewal application"

3) Enter your existing Structural license number .. in the "building proposal application no box"

4) Upload a "Life certificate"

5) After clicking on continue...you will see all your previously filled details.
At the bottom you will find " number of renewal year selection box..."
Select the Number of years. (I got only 1year as the option).

Then continue...
6)You will be given another application number and a payment button....

7)Clicking on the payment button it will ask for the application number....enter the application number of step 6.

Cool

Make the payment of Rs. 8600/-....

And you will get the reciept and your renewed license in PDF format....
