hi,
while i am calculating the stresses on concrete in stability check minimum stress in the concrete is  -51.864t/sqm whereas max stress is +84.633t/sqm.

while i am calculating the stresses on soil, max is +26.053t/sqm and min is +1.762 t/sqm.

my doubt is tensile stress in concrete (-51.864t/sqm) is allowable or not ?
how much allowable

Grade of concrete M15
SBC of SDR is 31 t/sqm

Refer IRC-21-2000, pg 19 which gives permissible tension in concrete for M20 as 0.53N/mm2 i.e 53T/sq.m.

i am designing t beams bridge.
i have done the various load calculations and moments which are to be acting on superstructure and substructure.
now for design in limit state design method, in reference to IRC 112 i have following queries


what should be the procedure
how to make combinations and respective load factors
what are the permissible stresses in conc and steel a/c to irc 112 to be taken into account for design

Load combination has to be followed as per IRC6:2010 for the all combination separately analysis for strength, stress and crack width check.

Allowable Stress in steel= 0.8*Fy (As per Cl 12.2.2, IRC 112)
Allowable Stress in Conc.= 0.36*fck (As per Cl 12.2.1, IRC 112)
