Dear Sir,
IS 456 Table 21 shows the permissible values of concrete in direct compression, bending compression and bond stress in working stress method. But what will be these permissible values for limit state method.

Actually sir I am designing a tunnel lining and I want to check that reinforcement is required in lining or not.
