Am an site engineer fresher & I love in remote part of Andhra Pradesh where I get limited internet connectivity (low grade 2G internet with signal drops) also I won't get much time to load the full web version of the site because construction goes on even on Sundays & sometimes I even had 48hours of continuous sleepless work.

So I wish if tapatalk app support is added to site it would be great since the app loads faster. And I also could keep track of my topics & other topics in forum in mobile friendly way.

While I was in college I was interested in mobile software modifications there is one forum called XDA Developers it has a good UI & features so wish the site was redesigned like that. I request super moderators to take a look at that site for design inspiration. The best forum I have been so far.

And regarding sub forums, all the discussions taking place in this forum taking place in general section so wish there are more sub forums like

General
Strict structural design
General structural design
Site related/ real world problems
Concrete related
Reinforcement related
Formwork related
Q&A
Doubts
Material testing
How to do according to code (since in some topics the answer ll be different from different members some says 1m, so e says 1.2 but code says 2 so thus section should have what code says)

etc…

Ande these sections are created only if the number if topics are lot related to an category

Of all thing tapatalk support is important to me.

Thanks, very good ideas, though our forum software doesnt support tapatalk at this time, if in future we are able to upgrade then we will surely condier mobile version/ tapatalk integration. Its been in the plan since long subject to availability of resources.
Further xda forum uses vbulletin while we rely on phpbb in that context options are limited.

We are looking forward to engage with enthusisatic supporters who have background in web programming and willing to contribute time or otherwise, for this community cause. Major goals are to upgarde whole SEFI to latest versions of opensource tools available.

Best wishes
