Dear My sincere condolences to all affected by Tsunami attack. Don't we have sufficient intrumentation/monitoring arrangemnts to give warning about Tsunami attacks. If not It is high time to think on this line. It is known that in Japan There are warning alarms for the people to escape and move to safer places.
