Dear Sir,
Shear Reinforcement design results are given in the form of Asv/sv. For example, if you adopt 2 Legged 8mm stirrups for the required shear 455 sqmm/m, then, spacing of stirrups (sv)=2x50/455=.219 m or 219 mm.

Hope that helps,
Arunkumar

Etabs shear reinforcement convention-

= Asv/Sv - (area of all legs of  stirrups /spacing)

Keep ETAB units in mm , so get ETABs results in mm2/mm

prepare a handy table as below and remember! results applicability is subject to code provisions Smile

Etabs
results
Spacing of two-legged stirrups
8 mm 10 mm 12 mm
0.22 457 700 1000
0.25 402 616 880
0.3 335 513 733
0.35 287 440 629
0.4 251 385 550
0.45 223 342 489
0.5 201 308 440

0.6 168 257 367
