Explanation of words_chinese codes

PFA the last page found in all chinese codes. It explains meaning (intention) of words like "shall","should","may","must" etc used in their code.

Do we need such explanation in our code. Ofcourse, we need to add some more words like "preferably" etc.

Dear Er Hemal Mistry,

Interesting to note this. They included it because Chinese do not use English as we use it. Hence to clear any confusion caused by using these words, they might have included this page!
