Hi;
You can obtain the nodal reactions at the concerned joints and these would translate to the column axial loads for different load cases. Hope this is what you were asking.
Regarding the modelling, suggest you model the steel structure as a plane truss with all the loads and load combinations, axial loads from the 2D truss may be applied to the building directly after taking the output.
