Possible reasons for slab crack

Dear Sefians,
The attached photographs are referred. This is a one way floor slab with banded beam spanning from column to column (not post tension).

The crack appears on the same location, on all 4 floors, on the same section of the building.

What could be the possible reason for these cracks? This place is not an earthquake prone area.

Your input would be highly appreciated.
