Dear Mr Irfan Shaik
Bending the column bars to rectify the misplaced one is not the solution
Provide the column beam framing drawing so that a proper solution/rectification can be discussed

If a horizontal bend, as done by you, is introduced in a column, that stretch will act as a cantilever beam and the steel provided for the column will not be sufficient to take care of the BM so developed. You can modify your grid pattern to get over the glitch.

Dear Er.Irfan Sheikh

I agree with Er.Jayakumar. The present condition will result in unsafe structure. Column may be taken vertically and the grid pattern may be altered

Er.irfan_shaik,
As Er.Jeyakumar and Er.Sp.Srinivasan suggested it is not advisable to bend the column bars.
My suggestion id keep the column bars and live with the same location withour any kinks or bending and try to reanalysis the framing that is the beams according to the column position.
As Er.syed_A informed attach the drawing showing the exact present location so that u will get a good suggestion from others.
