Dear Sefiens,

Hope you all are doing well.

In the earlier Post - I had shared with you all a Macro to calculate KZ Parameter for a Moment resisting frame. Hope you have found it useful for saving your time in day to day engineering calculations.

Today, I will present yet another Macro which you may found useful in saving both the efforts and time.

For those, who are working on Eurocodes, must be dealing with National Annexes of various countries covered under Eurocode.

Load combination is one thing that we all have to deal with every new project.
When every new project belongs to a different National Annex (As per the country under consideration), it becomes a tedious & time consuming task to regenerate the combinations with different load factors, consequence class & reliability indices each time.

Thus, to minimize these efforts and tediousness of calculating the load factors each and every time, a macro has been developed, wherein a user has to define the load combination set only once for any particular National Annex, and then the same set can be transformed into any other national annex of user's choice with altogether different consequence class/reliability index depending upon the user's requirements.

The links for "Work flow" (Part-1) & "How to use - Demo" (Part-2) are given as under. Also the downloading link for Macro can be found in the comments section of these videos.

Part-2

Please provide your suggestions, comments for further improvements also comment if you find it easy to go with.

Note: The Macro is fully workable (can accept input, Generate output) without demanding any password. The download link may ask you for a code.
Please enter the code as LCSG

It is a gentle request to all viewers to restrict their comments only to engineering & technical aspects/suggestions for improvements of macro, any errors you encounter etc.
