I need to do fillet weld fatigue assessment for road side railing. It will be a great help if someone help me to do the calculation.

Dear Er Naveen Kumar

Please read Chapter 17 of my Steel Design book, Oxford University Press, 1st edition(It is in the CD). This chapter is not there in the 2nd edition.
in Short-Go to Table 26 of IS 800:2007, identify the detail category number. Then see fig, 22 where different curves are given for different detail category. You can enter the number of stress cycles the joint you want to sustain in X-axis, read against the fatigue strength in Y-axis. That is the  fatigue strength of the joint.
