Dear Sefians,
I have enclosed resultant and discrete action method adopted by RCDC for column design . This method is away from IS 456 . I haven't seen any book or reference material which is explaining this method.
1. How authentic is this method.
2. Is there any reference or acceptance by any international code for this method.

Dear Er Satish ji
Thanks for needful .

RCDC COLUMN DESIGN  - As seen
The biaxial moments on column is converted into resultant moment
The neutral axis is inclined.
The concrete and steel reinf share load and moment
Tension zone is earmarked

Being a designer , Never good in column design basics regarding interaction diagrams on LSM. My weakness , still exist . Used only SP-16 curves for column designing.
However in WSM , designs were performed for uniaxial bending , biaxial bending on rectangular , circular , annular sections  based on basics as provided by PAPERS ON COLUMN DESIGNS BY DR V K RAINA.

The theory behind RCDC under LSM needs to be understood by some engineers on sefi , who developed interaction diagrams in LSM.

I thik , many yrs back Er Bijay Sarkar taken interest  reg Interaction diagrams , may able to say.

Er RG Gupta , whose paper is internationally accepted reg Resultant moment equation on column design under biaxial moments can also comment , if following sefi.

Sir UH Varyani Saheb 'book LIMIT STATE  METHOD OF RCC DESIGN provides procedure for developing interaction diagrams.
