A 250 year old building has its wall tilted and floor slab sagged. How can the tilt of wall be restored and reduce/arrest the sagging of slab?

250 year Old Building :-

Building has outlived it's life.

If it is some heritage structure,, strengthening can be done by consulting some local RETROFFIT CONSULTANT, who have expertise to guide on such problems.

Just Neem Hakeem Advice - but not reliable
Strengthening using steel square hollow pipes can be thought of as these pipes in form of steel columns outside of walls do not create shabby aesthetic s and once painted will easily merge with walls. But these must be embeded with base plate  into good size concrete blocks below GL. Unless foundation adequate,, problems csn not be resolved.
Further 150 mm to 200mm concrete pouring is also needed all along existing walls  on both sides  to make strip footing - - PROVIDING with 2-  16 mm reinforcement insertion through walls at regular intervals ( say 600-750mm c/c  and tieing with 10 dia long bars on ( both side of wall) . This is achieved by making holes at wall bottom to provide bottom bars AND this will act as a sort of extra wall footing at below Plinth level ( or deeper) .

STILL I FEEL, CONSULT SOME RETROFFIT CONSULTANCY FOR ECONOMICAL AND LASTING SOLUTION.
