Dear Anurag,

I do not have specific information on Antarctic region. However, you
may like to refer information available for Canada where temperature
remains sub-zero for better part of year. Canadian code authorities have
done lots of research on cold region Engineering/Material/Construction
techniques. Some of these information are available for free download.
